As experts in our lift products, our certified dealers provide top-quality guidance on features and design options tailored to your specific requirements and needs.
Your Cibes dealer will prepare a quotation for your lift, along with lift drawings, guidance on site preparations, and a preliminary timeline.
You’ll receive a fixed timeline and can proceed with applying for planning permission. Your Cibes dealer will coordinate with our factory and arrange all necessary transport details.
Lift installation must be carried out by your Cibes dealer or a certified installation partner to ensure that the installer has the necessary skills and training for proper lift installation.
Do you want to try out different design ideas before you decide what your lift should look like? Our Lift Configurator contains our most popular lift models and is a great tool for creating the lift design of your dreams.
Even though installing a Cibes lift requires minimal construction work, you still need to get planning permission. To avoid unnecessary installation delays, it is important that you apply for planning permission in time. Your Cibes dealer will assist you with the necessary technical information for your application, but in general it is the property owner who needs to apply.
Site preparations for your Cibes lift will vary based on placement, configuration, model, and design options. For instance, if the lift passes through floors, a builder will need to create floor openings. However, if it’s installed in an open stairwell or against a loft landing, floor openings aren’t required.
Your Cibes dealer will guide you and your builder on essential site checks and preparations. While some construction is necessary, Cibes platform and cabin lifts demand far less building work than traditional lifts.
All Cibes lifts are delivered as kits of ready-made elements, and for most models, the kit even includes the lift shaft.
Installing a Cibes lift is fast and easy. A 2-stop platform lift can be installed in as little as 2-3 days.
Unlike most elevators, Cibes lift solutions require no lift pit, additional headroom, or separate machine room.
Once your lift is installed, your Cibes dealer will conduct a comprehensive safety check. After this check, Cibes will issue an EU Declaration of Conformity, allowing your lift to carry the CE mark. In many countries, a third-party inspection is also required before the lift is put into service. Please contact your Cibes dealer for further details.
